Warnings and Safety Notes
- Adult supervision required – This water blob is for supervised use only. A trained lifeguard or adult supervisor must be present at all times. Never leave users unattended.
- Proper water depth essential – The landing zone must have a water depth of at least 8-10 feet (2.5-3 meters). Shallow water can cause serious injury upon landing.
- One user jumping at a time – Only one person should jump onto the blob at a time. Multiple jumpers increase risk of collision and injury.
- Seated position only – The person being launched must sit at the far end of the blob, not stand. Standing increases risk of falling and neck injury.
- Life jackets required – All users should wear US Coast Guard approved life jackets or personal flotation devices (PFDs). Non-swimmers must wear PFDs at all times.
- Clear landing zone – Ensure the water area beyond the blob is clear of other swimmers, boats, docks, or obstacles before each jump.
