Installation Tips

- If using a non-MagSafe phone case, you must attach a magnetic ring to the outside of the case to utilize the magnetic snap feature.

- Do not place credit cards, security badges, passports, or key fobs between your phone and the charger, as this might damage the magnetic strips or RFID chips.
- Remove any thick cases (over 3mm) or cases containing metal/magnets before charging to prevent overheating and ensure a proper connection.
- Keep the device away from extreme temperatures, damp environments, and direct sunlight.
- If the charger becomes unusually hot to the touch, disconnect it from power immediately and allow it to cool.
